Ordered this for my mum's birthday with her name and a little heart engraved on it and honestly, I nearly cried when it arrived — it's absolutely beautiful. The engraving is so crisp and clear, you can read every letter perfectly. She hasn't taken it off since I gave it to her. The gift box it comes in is a lovely touch too, made the whole thing feel really special. Already ordered another one for my sister's anniversary.
Got this for my girlfriend with a photo of us engraved into the pendant and she was genuinely speechless. The image clarity is remarkable — you can make out faces and details brilliantly considering how small the pendant is. The rose gold finish is spot on too, really warm and flattering against her skin tone. Took about 10 days to arrive which was quicker than expected for a custom piece. If you're on the fence, just do it — best gift I've ever given.
Bought three of these for my bridesmaids with each of their names engraved and they all loved them. The silver finish is lovely and bright, and the engraving is really precise and neat. Only taking a star off because one of the chains had a tiny kink in it — but customer service sorted it straight away and sent a replacement. For the price, the quality is genuinely impressive. They look far more expensive than they actually are, which is always a bonus when you're buying multiple.
